Paul Kriescher is the Principal of Lightly Treading. Paul is certified through BPI as a Building Analyst Professional, Envelope Professional and Residential Building Envelope Whole House Air Leakage Control Installer; as well as through RESNET as a Certified Rater. Paul has served on the board of the Colorado Renewable Energy Society and on the Habitat for Humanity for Metro Denver's Plan Review committee and is a founding member of the Energy Efficiency Business Coalition. He has a Master’s of Science in Energy Analysis & Policy from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
Rebecca Kabacinski - Office Manager
Rebecca Kabacinski has over five years of office management experience and six years of client relations experience. Rebecca recently relocated from Chicago to Denver where she spent several years as the office manager for an industrial sales company while also studying in the field of social work. Rebecca possesses an innate passion for social and environmental justice. She genuinely enjoys providing exceptional customer service for our clients. Rebecca believes in living an environmentally conscious life and is honored to be working within a company that shares a similar vision for our planet.
Tyler Cain - Senior Technical Consultant
Tyler Cain is the Senior Technical Consultant of Lightly Treading. Tyler has experience as a sustainability engineer consultant and is currently working on acquiring his National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Verifier accreditation. Tyler has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Iowa State University and an International Master of Science Degree in Engineering Sustainable Built Environments from University of Minho, Portugal.
